When will my order be delivered

At every product in the webshop the delivery window is mentioned. For orders to abroad we will inform you separately.

Can I ask for a different filling then the regular one?

For the meditation cushions the buckwheat filling is best. However we have also customers who buy the cushions as poufs for their children and then we recommend EPS balls filling. This is lighter and easier for kids to carry around.

For the poufs we stick to EPS balls also since this material is lighter. If we fill the poufs with buckwheat the pouf becomes too heavy.

Does CLAUDS deliver to far away countries?

Our company is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.  If you are interested in our product outside of Holland and you have problems ordering in the webshop then please mail us at 'info@clauds.eu' where our customer service can give you more info on your order. Our policy is that we deliver allover the world. Sometimes even we only ship the cushions / poufs WITHOUT filling for easier transport. Ofcourse the price will then be different. Just contact us if you are interested.

I am a wholesaler out of the Netherlands: can I order big quantities?
